I always have extreme anxiety when the appt is approaching. Melanie is a dental angel. She is so kind and compassionate and conversational. When I come I schedule my appts around her availability because she's just that good! She even sang soft kitty to me 🤣

I visited Drs Fetner & Hartigen for a cracked tooth extraction. The staff took amazing care of me. I was a nervous wreck. Before surgery, my pre-op care with Dental Assistant Diane was kind, compassionate and reassuring - exactly what I needed. She answered all of my many questions beforehand with patience and understanding. Dr. Mike is great at what he does and the front desk staff were also very nice. The entire office provided OUTSTANDING service and care and I absolutely recommend them.

I had a lot of anxiety with my very first appointment but the dental hygienists made me feel very comfortable and were compassionate. Dr. Hartigan was very nice. She is very passionate about her work. She’s great. I had good experiences with my deep cleanings. The hygienists there are amazing. Everyone there is amazing, even the ladies at the front are great. ❤️

I just completed my last visit with Dr. Alex this morning and he was extremely pleased with the outcome of my prosthetic implant (upper teeth). More importantly, I’m beside myself. I’m so pleased with the way. Everything turned out. I feel like I have a natural smile a natural look. Throughout this entire process, Dr. Alex and his staff have been by my side. They are truly a great group of people and Dr. Alex is a great doctor. You can’t go wrong.

Incredible service at Fetner & Hartigan. I've experienced so many people happy to do there job from the customer service counter to the doctor himself. The most stand out of them was Megan and her sister Katie they should probably be training America's customer service departments nationwide. These 2 young ladies have skills to make mils$$$. Their skill sets are very rare in today's market. Overall its a outstanding company with a a extremely rare culture. They can make your bad day into a very good day with their infectious smile and friendliness.

Dr. Michael Fetner did a great job extracting my tooth. Really appreciate his team and their communication throughout the process. They also installed my implant and set me on the right path to a better smile.

I was seen by Dr. Michael Fetner. He was absolutely amazing. He is fixing a lot of my dental issues at a very reasonable price. I was quoted $16,000 for a bridge and 4 tooth extractions by another dental office. Dr. Fetner will be doing a gum graft, root extraction, deep cleaning, and saving my teeth from extraction for under $3,500. He showed genuine concern and was very eager to help me get my teeth & gums healthy. All of the staff there was very helpful and polite. This is by far the best dentist office I've ever visited in my life. I am so grateful for everything this office has provided me with. Thank you all so much!

Dr. Fetner and staff are awesome, always ensuring patient comfort and providing thorough explanations at each stage of the implant process. They are top-notch in excellent patient care and truly care about their patients. I like that they have different themes in the rooms which made the visit exciting and to take your mind off of the procedure that was being done. From when I made my first appointments to checking in and the whole surgery process to the very end of explaining everything was a wonderful experience. Dr. Fetner even gave me his cell phone number in case I needed to call him that evening. I didn’t need to call him because he called me to check to see if I was doing all right after my surgery.
